OER Bootcamp (Spring Webinar Series) Online

This three day event (2 hours per day) will strengthen your OER skill set.

Attendees will:

--gain or renew a basic understanding of open educational resources

--learn about tools and resources available for community support, including OPEN-FL

--better engage with assessment methods in order to highlight efforts and successes

  • Day 1: Warm Up: Refresh OER Knowledge and Ideas: Cheryl Casey, Open Education Librarian | University of Arizona Libraries
  • Day 2: Power Lift: Deploy OER Programs and Products: Josh Hill, Accessibility Specialist; Amy Albaugh, Curriculum Designer; Benjamin Belton, Web Engineer | Hillsborough Community College
  • Day 3: Stretch and Reflect: Use Data to Assess your Reach: Jonathan Lashley, Director of Strategic Partnerships | Online Learning Consortium; FLVC Distance Learning & Student Services (DLSS) 2022 Student Textbook and Course Materials Survey and Information: John Opper, Executive Director, FLVC DLSS
