Our fiscal year ends on June 30, 2025. To keep using Acquisitions in Alma, you will need to complete fiscal year rollover on or after July 1, 2025. Fiscal year rollover processes can be done prior to June 30^th if you’d like to start ordering with FY-2026 funds in tandem with FY-2025 funds. Since we only complete the fiscal year rollover jobs in Alma once a year and there may be new Acquisitions folks not yet familiar with the process, you may like a refresher on the workflows. This webinar is intended to provide an overview of the fiscal year rollover process in Alma which will:

•  Update the active fiscal year in Alma
• Create new funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year
• Set fund allocations for the FY-2026 funds
• Set encumbrances for open PO lines from FY-2025 that need to move over to FY-2026
  • Which PO lines will roll over?
    • Open (not closed or cancelled) subscription and standing orders
    • One-time PO lines that are not “fully invoiced”

During the webinar, I will:

• Demonstrate the Rollover Ledgers and Rollover PO lines job in one of our sandboxes.
• Show useful Analytics reports that can help you find PO lines that will be candidates for rollover.
