FLVC/PDA Series: Everyday Superheroes: Collaboration, Support, and Purpose in Small to Mid-Size Libraries

FLVC/PDA Series: Everyday Superheroes: Collaboration, Support, and Purpose in Small to Mid-Size Libraries Online

Description: Short on staff, strapped for time, and stretched thin? For small and mid-size library workers, collaboration isn’t just helpful, it’s essential.

This session will share strategies for building meaningful partnerships with faculty, student-services offices, and administrators to break barriers and strengthen campus connections. Participants will also explore practical approaches to managing burnout and compassion fatigue, practicing self-advocacy, and sustaining a clear sense of purpose in their work.
