SUMMARY:NDE Implementation Project Kickoff Meeting
DESCRIPTION:FLVC would like to formally invite all ILS Coordinators and 
 interested staff to attend the NDE Implementation Project Kickoff 
 Meeting.\n\n \n\nThe purpose of this project is to move all Primo VE 
 instances over to the Ex Libris' "Next Discovery Experience\," or NDE for 
 short. In addition\, the reporting tool that we use for Primo statistics\, 
 Primo Analytics\, will also be replaced with a new product called Mixpanel. 
 This means that the front-end of our integrated library system\, the 
 interface that our students\, faculty and staff use for their work and 
 their research\, will significantly change when we switch to the new system 
 in June/July of 2026. It will be imperative that the current features of 
 Primo VE will work sufficiently in the new discovery tool\, that the new 
 enhanced features of the NDE will also work for all libraries\, and that 
 all library staff are aware of these changes before the implementation 
 date.\n\n \n\nDuring this meeting\, FLVC will review the details of the 
 project\, go over the major milestones\, and discuss what involvement is 
 needed from FLVC staff\, from the standing committees\, and from the staff 
 at each of the 40 libraries. FLVC will also reveal a new Libguide which 
 will be used as a reference for everyone involved in this project.\n\n 
 \n\nWe hope that as many people as possible who are interested in helping 
 FLVC implement this discovery tool upgrade can attend this meeting. Of 
 course\, we will make the recording of the session available for those who
